I’m a hybrid UX / Product Leader with over a decade of experience building product and design teams, solving gnarly problems with research, and delivering great experiences that have measurable impact. I value humility, transparency, and at the end of the day, space to take risks and have fun.
In my current role, I build AI supported workflows for personal injury attorney’s and case managers. My role includes actively working with AI tools to enhance and support my UX workflow, co-creating alongside cross functional partners and users, and continuing to evolve and design a cohesive case management experience. I also build tools for internal teams to reduce time on desk and operationalize manual process.
Prior to that, I was the Director of UX at soona. I worked with the CTO and CPO/Co-Founder to build a product roadmap that helped scale every part of organization. I built out product, ux, & research process alongside the Director of Engineering, ensuring a deep level of trust and collaboration throughout every phase of a problem. Establishing cross functional relationships with other business partners to ensure voices were heard and collaboration supported. Over the span of almost 3 years I hired and mentored both product and UX team members.
Prior to working in the startup space, I consulted with a custom software development agency. My role focused on leading discovery workshops, writing detailed project plans, executing research and design activities, delivering requirements for development all while maintaining scope, timeline, and budget adherence for clients in healthcare, food & beverage, and banking.
